Work Package 1 “Project Management” : Google Workspace are the tools we are using for monthly tasks, targets and timesheets. Some of the progress monitoring synchronous tools are:

Equalling time (a 30 minutes weekly) space for the involved staff to: take the project pulse, solve doubts, pose questions or discuss any current issue.
Transnational online check-ups (a 60 minutes monthly) meeting to: monitor progress, review tasks allocation and update the partners with relevant information.
Transnational project meetings (5 TPM along the 30 months of the project). Two of them will be online and the other three “Face-to-face” with at least two people from each partner staff.

Last week, during TPM in Teruel and Cella, we were able to meet representatives of the Teruel Chamber of Commerce, who introduced us 2 fantastic projects in which they are involved:

"Navi-mig" and "Gastro-guide"

During their visit to CP Angel Sanz Briz, our colleagues had the opportunity to enjoy "Cultura Turolense Accesible" an exhibition by Guadalupe Caulin, showing how 8 artist from Teruel (Spain), have turned their work into accesible art.

We take advantage of the visit of our partners in Teruel and their enthusiasm to create the online course and YouTube channel for our project.

Our first colleages steps in the 2°TPM in their visit in Teruel, reviewing the project and the work packages we have been working on.
